What's included in turnover cleaning
- Bed linen removal and replacement — beds made, hotel-style
- Laundry of linens and towels — returned clean for next guest (our laundry service)
- Bathroom disinfection — to AirBnB Enhanced Clean standards
- Dishwashing and dishwasher loading
- Supply replenishment — toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, water. Full kit always available.
- Trash removal — from apartment and landing
- Photo report — 8-12 photos of finished apartment on Telegram immediately after completion
- Inventory check — if anything missing or broken, we log and notify you
