International standard of room cleaning
Our housekeepers are trained in the IEHA (International Executive Housekeepers Association) protocol — the same one Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt use. Each room — a 34-point checklist: from bed-making with pillow fluffing to checking batteries in TV remote.
What we do for your hotel
- Room cleaning — daily, per check-out and stay-over protocols. 25-40 min per room depending on category.
- Mattress and bedding dry-cleaning — scheduled every 6 months or as needed.
- Laundry — partnership with an industrial laundry in Tashkent. Linens out in morning, back in evening.
- Lobby, restaurant, conference room cleaning — 2-3× per day, nightly general cleaning.
- Carpet and upholstered furniture dry-cleaning — after special events or on schedule.
- Facade and window washing — monthly or seasonal.
