Sanitary compliance
Our crews work per Uzbekistan Sanitary Rules for food service establishments. After our cleaning, your restaurant is ready for scheduled or unscheduled inspection. In 2024, all 40+ of our restaurant clients passed inspections without any violations.
What we clean in restaurants
- Kitchen — stoves, ovens, hood (inside and out), refrigerators, floors with degreasing, tile walls, sinks with faucets.
- Dining hall — floors (wood, tile, stone — different modes), tables and chairs, sofas (monthly dry-cleaning), windows, partitions.
- Restrooms — deep disinfection, odor removal, supply replenishment.
- Bar — shelves, fridges, bar counter, dishwasher.
- Back of house — staff rooms, storage, manager office.
- Hood and grease traps — monthly, with full disassembly (critical for sanitary inspection).
When we work
Optimal — overnight from 11 PM to 6 AM. By opening, the restaurant is clean, guests and staff don't cross paths with cleaners. For 24-hour establishments — we can come before 9 AM or clean the hall in shifts.

- Café up to 100 m² — from $160/month (6 cleanings per week)
- Restaurant 100-300 m² — from $370/month
- Restaurant 300+ m² — from $570/month
- One-time "emergency" cleaning before inspection — from $100 (overnight, any size)
