Official registration
166 Cleaning was registered as an LLC with the Uzbekistan Tax Committee in 2015. Tax ID, registration number, bank details — provided upon request when contracting with legal entities.
International certifications
- ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system certificate. We undergo annual audits. All processes from request to job acceptance are documented and verified.
- ISSA Cleaning Management Institute — our foreman and technologist completed ISSA certification in Moscow. This is the international standard of the cleaning industry, adopted in Europe and the US.
- IICRC — our dry-cleaning specialists are certified as Upholstery Cleaning Technicians. IICRC is the most authoritative certification in the world of dry-cleaning.
- Kärcher Professional — equipment operators completed training at the Kärcher training center in Almaty.
- Tana Chemie — certificates for the use of professional German chemicals (approved for contact with children's mattresses and skin).
Insurance
All work is insured with Gross Insurance (Uzbekistan Central Bank license #5728). Coverage amount — up to 5,000,000 sum per incident.
What insurance covers
- Accidental damage to furniture and equipment
- Damage to coverings (floors, wallpaper) as a result of work
- Flooding during cleaning
- Client injuries as a result of our work (slippery floors, etc.)
Contract
For corporate clients (offices, business centers, restaurants, hotels) — we sign an official contract in Russian or Uzbek. We issue invoices and work completion certificates. We work on bank transfer basis.
Medical certificates
All employees working on-site undergo annual medical examinations. Medical books are with each specialist, shown upon client request.
Training and certification
Every new employee undergoes 2 weeks of training: theory, working with chemicals, safety, customer service. After training — certification and 1 month of work under mentorship of a senior foreman.
