Modern residential complexes on Amir Temur Avenue are 20-40 story towers with panoramic glazing and smart home systems. Key tasks:
- Panoramic windows — require special equipment, long telescopic poles, and streak-free chemicals. Price: about 1.5× standard windows.
- Stretch ceilings — never wipe with regular cloth. Only microfiber + special solution. Otherwise streaks or punctures.
- Ventilation system — in new builds often clogged with construction dust from day one. Clean every 6 months.

Soviet-era panel buildings on Buyuk Ipak Yuli (70s-80s)
These are 9-story "Chilanzar-type" buildings with problems regular cleaning can't solve:
- Old cast-iron radiators — often coated in decades of oil paint and dust. We disassemble only during post-renovation cleaning.
- 80s-era tile — grout yellows and crumbles. Mechanical steam cleaning + grout replacement (if client wants) — separate service.
- Furniture — Soviet furniture (wall units, sideboards, polished tables) needs special polish. Regular Mr Proper — will ruin the lacquer.
