Zone 1: Bedroom (8 items)
- Strip and wash all bedding at 60°C
- Wash pillows and blankets (or dry-clean)
- Vacuum and flip mattress
- Check mattress for dust mite signs
- Wipe bed frame, especially underneath
- Clear closet of winter-only items
- Wipe all closet shelves with damp cloth
- Clean mirrors streak-free
Zone 2: Kitchen (12 items)
- Defrost and clean fridge interior
- Remove and wash freezer racks
- Clean dishwasher (citric acid)
- Descale washing machine
- Remove and soak hood filters
- Clean microwave (lemon steam)
- Clean oven
- Wash stove, especially under burners
- Wipe tops of all cabinets
- Discard expired spices and grains
- Wash all grain jars
- Remove limescale from sink and faucet

- 45 m² apartment — 4-5 hours with 2 people
- 60-70 m² — 6-8 hours
- 100+ m² — 10-12 hours
